How do you reach that conclusion? You asked a question and I tried to give an answer. In my opinion (and I am no expert nor do I have any information) is that people are probably seeing the number of shares at the 0.004 as comfort, there is over 20 million+ shares at that level. If however that line gets sold into by the seller/sellers the psychology of it all changes. In the end, Its all just speculation.
