I still don't get it. If you are a long holder why get a premium of a few cents and watch someone trash the value of your holding down from say $4.50 to $3.00. In some cases they can even make the shares worthless triggering margin calls etc so your long shareholding is worthless. Brain dead behaviour. Several private client brokers I've spoken to don't get it either
