I am stunned that TIS are just sitting around waiting and not making enquiries themselves! The service provided by BSI is abysmal! TIS has every right to expect BSI to find out what is happening. Indeed a responsibility to follow up, even if it just to satisfy themselves that it is actually in the pipeline.

My big fear is that the documents have fallen off someone's desk and are not even being processed at MHRA.

At this rate we could be told by TIS in 2 months "We have received an apology from MHRA advising the the file was mishandled and not processed as normal. They now assure us that they are now processing the file and if they have any questions they will contact us. Otherwise, the earliest we will get a decision is in 30 days (5th January) although Christmas and New Year may push that date out further. And it may also be then referred to the EU body for further processing....."

Bureacratic stuffups are not unheard of afterall...

That's what they are telling us according to all the posts above!!!!!

No manager worth his balls would let this matter sit and not at least make the application was on the burner and not sitting in some intray.!!!

If he has done that, at least tell us, so we know we are part of the game and not just spectators!!!
