Interesting day - A big thank you to those that attended and who have kindly posted their feed back here on HC for those of us who couldnt attend. Very much appreciated.
The Board has a lot to consider over the next week including simple issues that can be resolved quite easily like their reporting style for instance.
Anyway I have no doubt this meeting put them on Notice that the rank and file are #issed off and expect better - a much more professional approach is required and demanded at this level.
The JV is no longer a shield they can hide behind - solid accurate and timely annoucements are expected. With talk of the JV they got the benefit of the doubt with their announcement style but no longer.
I hope today was a real "wake up call" for them.
