Don't trust the Chinese. Take a quick google at all the problems Aussie miners are having with them.
If they want to sit in the corner quietly why do they need a controlling stake? Why don't they take 45% ?? They are looking at a cheap entry into the Aussie gold sector here, they get two companies (FML + CRE) for sfa and then start accumulating others, all they way raising or injecting capital until we are diluted out of the game altogether then profits go to china inc.
This is NOT good news for long term shareholders.
