If I was Nabi shareholders knowing the deal will surely go through, I would sell 2.5m biota shares to keep the share price at 70 cents from 75cents. In the end, I would end up with the same number of biota shares, but get the extra cash from the sales of the 2.5m shares.


27m / 0.7 = 28.5m

27m/0.75= 26m

28.5m - 26m = 2.5m


Some small holdings under 2000 shares tend to be sold before the delisting from ASX.


I tend to believe that the current management is trying to ruin Biota, at least to damage current shareholder confidence for some reasons.
