sorry pintohoo, i cannot agree. Cornerstone investors don't have control...49% i maybe could have lived with. This is a sellout however you want to paint it. But I lived on after the Avoca 'merger' and I'll live on now too(note, share price of AQG now is exactly the same as it was then for AVO, so in the long term the creation of a new giant company for shareholders does not gaurantee future sp appreciation)....at only a 13% premium, I think this is now set for a bidding war, and that would be one motivation to stay in FML now. The true believer-side of me is extremely disappointed however. I think the suggestion to move across to SLR is a better option though. At least it's Australian.
