big volume for 30 minutes. i suppose the dumpers are those who got some in the spp. still a good profit. upside i hope tpg are accumulating at these prices.

my take is that the offer had to be above 1.45 and bain didn't want to play. i never like a takeover when the company is secretive about its disclosure. didn't bain have there first meeting with the board yesterday. perhaps they were told 1.45 wont be accepted so to save their costs on due diligence they withdrew. tpg has been there since feb i believe we will see another offer very soon.
