2. Majors are only interested in mines - not companies.
3. Any company that actually would be interested in taking over fml (say another mid sized) - would be squashed like an ant by Shandong.

Make no mistake about this - this is the big unseen advantage - madam is getting married to a big big guy -- and with a very powerful family - only the stupid would even attempt to lay a finger on her.
