Have not made up my mind on this one, but the reading is great. "not holding out for a chinese to" well, if you have your house on the market for $430000, and had an offer from a chines couple at %500000 and an offer from n aussie couple at %380000, what would you do? No one would give a rats at where they came from, and take the 500k. Lets face it, sp was going no where for another 12 months, so I can afford to wait and see how all this pans out. Another offer is not out the question.....
