Why laughable?
a 50% drop is whats coming. Nationally we are down 20%
My property is in Bridgetown btw (10kms out of to be exact nth side)
I am not laughing just making rational decisions not to touch an overpriced asset that has started its collapse. Thats all. The media is on it as too public
