ann: fml to raise 227.5 mill via placement, page-150

Hi all

in my opinion, this is a very powerfull ann. from FML given them all opportunities of an aggressively growth in short term (from investors perpective). The more i think about that deal, the more comfortable i feel. The main question for me is: Does FML have the time to grow organic (without that S injection) and expand their ressources in really small steps? How long would that take ? My answer: They don't have that time. They have to use all opportunities (the current financial crises will limited this heavily) to lift their ressources and reserves (remember all, this was one of the most critical points in the past)as fast as possible to take all benefits of a steady (if not heavy) rising goldprice in the comming years. So, why not S ? For me, this is a win win for all shareholders and we will see that comming soon.
