I don't think you guys get it.
Of course, the sp is going to be a lot higher.
That's what placements to so called sophisticated investors are designed to do.
Give them to them cheap so they can make a buck.
The losers, though they don't seem to notice or care are the long term holders who have had the sp cut from under them each time and suffer dilution as well.(unless you are a small holder with less than 50,000 shares)
2 steps back 1 step forward thinking.
This might've been a ten bagger if properly managed. lucky to be a 2 or 3 bagger now for most.
But its great for DT's.
