Mose - the bots have gone to where the rest of the market have. Thye've up-stumps and left this thing in the bottom drawer for the next 2 months. I was all for these theories when the court website buggered up, and tha tone day out of every 20 or so there are "higher" volumes of around 500k traded, but I'm planted firmly in the camp of the "couldn't give a toss" punters.
There is nothing to indicate anything such as a takeover coming in the near future. We will see minimal action on this until November when the next court case is heard, and even then, it would want to take a fairly good "win" for AGS to move to the next stage of the M&DC case.
FWIW, I don't believe a word management have to say. I recall a phone call that I received to one of the higest ones there, straight after I fired an email in to them questioning the professionalism of their posts, not only in content but also because of errors with accuracy. The initial comment made by this person was "are you in any way associated with Hot Copper?", to which I answered honestly. Following that was a quick response about how he does not want to speak with me ever again, and that it would be a waste of time sending him an email because he will never answer it.
I can't wait for the day that it gets back to cost price for me, which thankfully isn't anywhere near the depth that some of you guys are in at.
