Camden, I generally agree, at least to the extent that BKL is starting to look expensive. The steady decline in a number of ratios is a concern.I still think it is worth having some BKL in a portfolio, but I would not be buying more at current $30+ prices. I'm holding existing shares and keeping a close eye on developments, eg Dec accounts. There is every possibility that the shares could get back to the mid $20s, where it would be a different story.
The positive is that it is a leader in its industry with strong customer loyalty. If discretionary spending picks up (which it will eventually), BKL's financials will improve. But when?
