There is adequate information from the Project Update to work out a production date:

1. FID expected mid 2013 - this will obviously be delayed due to the inability to raise funds for the IPP but lets say FID is achieved by the end of 2013 + funding required for $1.9b - allow another 6 months to be generous.
2. 36 months to construct (ref section 10.1)
3. 10 quarters to ramp-up (ref section 10.1)

Note detailed engineering cant be completed until the IPP has been built which delays order of long lead items.

Therefore 6 years from the end of 2013 = start of 2020 to achieve nameplate capacity of 20,000 tonnes of REO per annum.
