Just looked at Van Eck holding in FML as they hold around 8-9% shares have stopped buying shares since last friday. Before that they were buying 1-3 million FML shares everyday. Looks like they are not confident about this deal and so they have stopped buying (just my opinion).
Would be interested to see at what price the top 20 shareholders bought FML as this will decide if the deal would go ahead or not. If they came in at more than 7 cents they would surely reject the deal (just my opinion).
Also the number of FML shares shortsell on 20th Sept are 2.4 million which is 10 times the average shortsell quantity.
I think the management should be ready for a second strike. I am in favour of it and I hope other disappointed members too are waiting to show the management the door.
As per the Sky news interview Mr Don said that meetings and discussions were going on with Shandong since march then why did Mr Baird go to Denver gold forum for investor presentation ??? To holiday with shareholders money???
