Hello Alfie - last time - imagine this is spoken in a soft kind voice.

Perhaps I can use an example to illustrate?

I see a blind man walking out onto a road into the path of an oncoming truck. I run out and warn him, pull him back. Forevermore when said blind person hears my voice he tries to hit me with his stick.

Suppose I saw you walking into trouble and you did not know it. Was i supposed to sit back and let you go? If I knew you were potentially heading into court and might lose your farm and hard work was I supposed to do nothing? And did I ask for thanks - no. Stop swinging your stick perhaps, your call - remember the story about the little bird that falls out of the tree into warm manure?? A good story.

Perhaps I just did the same for JS too. And I see you do it again do I hand you a packet of razor blades and a box of matches? No - so I did not ask what you meant by your last post.

The topic is "Letter to shareholders" so JS has derailed the thread. This is an offer - clearly stated nothing hidden. Presented to shareholders in good faith, get the facts and then make your decision - simple. I spent an hour on the phone with a new client today and that was fruitful discussion. I am not here to sway anybody or explain myself anymore than I have.
