All the established directors resigning at once within days of Andrew Price joining the Board seems to me an indication of possible disagreement between them and Andrew regarding strategy for moving the company forward. But the question now is who is running the show at present, given that the appointment of new directors will have to be announced soon.

Some shareholders apparently believe that Boon was able to reign for so long by stacking directors in his favour, which may or may not be true. But with the established directors leaving soon, I hope major shareholders are involved in any current deliberations that hopefully will set clear direction for the company and appoint directors that are both competent and 'independant' (rather than have yet a team 'stacked'(?) by another individual).

Andrew's comments last Wednesday to The Australian, where he said that he was 'no longer' interested in taking up the role as Chairman or the CEO on a permanent basis, are also concerning as these indicate to me either his lack of confidence in the company being able to be turned around or his lack of willingness to take accountability (after having achieved what he had been agitating for nearly a year).

I would be happy to see at the helm Andrew Price, or any other individual that the major shareholders and incoming directors see as competent to successfully turn around the company, but apart from competence the person at the helm must also have longer-term commitment and willingness to take accountability for the company to succeed IMHO!
