The real economy is collapsing under the weight of mortgage debt.
I got out of real estate a few years ago. I now live in a very small, inexpensive regional town where I rent ($100pw) whilst earning good money.
In no hurry to get back into real estate anytime soon, even tho I could quite easily buy property clear and mortgage free, cos it's overpriced and over rated.
