Every time we (lynas) is transporting stuff to malaysia, we need a new permit. Lynas dont need to make an ASX announcement every time they buy new toilett paper - so i would really wonder, if a common permit would be seen as price sensitive!
I think nick is clever enough to tell us "stuff at LAMP" and not more. We dont want the poor fuzzias and wong taks on the road to welcome our holy expansive stuff.
