I am sure this is the case for hard commodities, but in the case of Ag and Au, I am certain it's just the reverse. Where I am, the Gov't is going flat out to dig more Au. out of the ground.
If inflation is just around the corner, as many pundits say it is, then silver and gold is the stuff to invest in. Those that have two properties should dump one and go for Au and Ag.
