it's quadruple what we need, & infers 150mil is earmarked for acquisition, I dont think another CRE type adventure at this point will be popular. I will support fundraising for accelerating orgainic growth, but diluting ourselves for inorganic growth at this point is just diluting all the fantastic upside potential we currently have.
