    My understanding is if they loose, they loose 25% without compensation, and they loose 25% with compensation of around $7 mil

    A lose could also reduce their chances of a 32.2% interest in nearby Bonito. They have a small interest in Bonito due to the recent purchase of Venturoil.

    So win is essential.
