insto's don't get a first look, I know this for a fact

and SIR mgt are a rare unimpeachable team, extremely rare on the ASX, but why SIR is what it is

what insto's do have, is the experience and technical knowledge (or access to) to make better decisions

not the 'I'll wait till volume tells me, then I'll decide' that most uninformed day traders have.

they don't get a first look. they just move the market when they do decide
