Totally Agree Gerry, and Hot Copper WERE advised first
via TOU violation, and Feedback posts by myself early last evening, as you have advised me to do previously.
sandybeachs was given the opportunity by me to make a public apology to the BTV thread for blatantly lying.
As I did not want to go into the next trading day with
this matter still unresolved, after a period of several hours, I turned the matter over to Batavia Mining and the Director affected via email!
He (sandybeachs) has shown no remorse for his actions today, and should therefore be banned from Hot Copper permanently for such a malicious act, obviously designed to cause potentially massive financial detriment to a Company, its Directors and Shareholders!
