I am perplexed why the Chairman didn't release a letter to Shareholders at the time of the announcement.
If he didn't have time to explain this deal correctly he should have put it into trading halt in my opinion until he had time.
In my opinion the Board has a lot to answer for in the execution of this. This is not Campbell Bairds deal and don't believe CRE was either.
I have just picked up another 1m down here. I hope they can pick up their act.
