very enlightening as to how IDC proposes to get mining operations underway.
Note that the conference was in June 2012.
Working backwards...........
I suspect proposed start up for mining will be Nov/Dec 2014.
Commissioning of mining plant construction will take a year so construction will commence, say, Nov 2013.
Thats only 14 months out.
BFS to be completed by August 2013.
Given time constraints I suspect IDC will initiate application for the grant of a Mining Lease no later than Feb 2013.
A mere 4-5 months from now.
Absolutely perfect timing.
