However, MLX, Hiscock, AMP, myself and others disagree.
So does barclays who are lending them $20 mil.
The first 100,000 ounces p.a. will be mined open pit. In fact the majority of the resource is open pit. Stage 2 which will increase production to 150,000 ounces p.a. is underground.
Estimated cash costs are $865 an ounce. With the gold price at $1700 an ounce I would say they have quite a big buffer !
