If your investment criteria is to find explorers that don't explore, simply because they have less expenses then it's a very strange style. You need to spend money to make money.

If you are correct and KAB/URA has NEVER drilled and the reason is to save money and limit dilution, then where has all their money been going? Wasn't their talk of KAB being illiquid prior to receiving $500k from Noble?

Too many inconsistencies. Let's just hope we get the EGM resolutions this week as promised or it might spell trouble to the Noble deal. I'll bail if that happens. We don't have the money to repay them and it would lead to highly dilutive placement to stay afloat.
