Sirius Resources (SIR) provided an update on its Nova Ni-Cu discovery in the Fraser Range of Western Australia. Downhole surveys indicate that Conductor 1 continues down plunge to the north. Hole SFR0013 on the 800N line located north of all the drilling to date confirmed the presence of an EM conductor where expected. Drilling is continuing and will commence on the 800N line tomorrow. Surface EM at Conductor 4 (Nova West) indicated that the target is further west than originally thought. SIR has also commenced a major IP survey to better define the disseminated sulphides covering the entirety of the eye. It is worth noting that if we use SFR EV/lb to calculate what SIR may have at Nova our potential valuation increases to $5.80/sh as opposed to the $0.32-$1.38/sh which is calculated using the average of the nickel and copper peers. SIR closed down 3.38% to 200c.
