I agree with the shallow plays , this stock lacks stability and is hinged on high risk drills.
It will allow a buffer for failed high risk drills ... as an example of a failed drill with no backup plan check MMR.
It also will help to build shareholder confidence in new management and their ability to execute a set plan.
It has direction now ... wishing and hoping for a JV is not.
Ill be on board as soon as a free up some cash
