Yes skilled professionals leaving any country can be harmful for that country, not just third world countries it is even a problem for Australia.

BUT Dave

The point you are continuing to fail to acknowledge is the reason these professionals are leaving Iraq.

They are leaving as a direct result of the mess made by the US lead coalition of the killing, and these people leaving the country is only going to lead to Iraq becoming a bigger mess.
