No prob F&B, we need to discuss FML or the SD offering in here. Anybody that faced an avalanche of anger with an alternate view either against them or their view would have felt the way I did let's leave it at that.

Some was certainly personalized at the Board, DT, CB and CW for that matter and the mods had their hands full. Some of the attack was overt and some covert. A 'person of interest' even took a shot at me via XXXXX; I have a large file on him and I am not the only one.

Now what about my points? The SD money; is it valueless in this transaction etc. Would any investor really want to cap the share price? Would that make them look silly over time? Wouldn't they want a huge return on a huge investment - via dividends? Should we be grateful and polite when presented with an opportunity? Just a thought...

I will leave the discussion to take its own course again. I have loads of work to do. I see the concerns and benefits and the right of posters to take a view. I am working on this now in the background.
