Not correct.The cr was arranged prior to the granting of the PL.Theyu just hadn't finalised it
The SP shot to 28.5 immediately.
Management were caught out and announced a trading halt til they got it organised.They were scared that they would look even sillier in a few days time.
The hot iron would have struck @26 min.
You also can't have it both ways.
Quote how Bailleau suggest the sp is worth over $1.20 share and then pat management on the back for a 20 cents cr.
If you are pleased with that then I am not going to convince you otherwise
