Reuters and other articles only refer to "activists" from "Save Malaysia, Stop Lynas".
Both SMSL and Fuziah have proofed to spread misinformation in the past. Maybe this is just a test to see how much they can manipulate the share price on their (mis-)information. (my bet at the moment)
