Mr. Hugh David Swain served as Chief Mining Engineer at Bougainville Copper Limited in Papua New Guinea for 7 years. Mr. Swain is an accomplished Mining/Civil Engineer with 45 years and has over 40 years professional experience in the mining industry in Africa, Australasia and SE Asia and held senior management positions both operating and technical. Mr. Swain has been Director of Frontier Resources Ltd., since February 6, 2008. He was the author of the Kodu Deposit ... Conceptual Mining Study released to the ASX on 19 November 2007. Mr. Swain holds B.Eng in Mining in 1962 and M.Eng. in Civil in 1972 from University of Sheffield. e is a Fellow of the AIMM and of the IMM (UK).
