Last cash flow report for June 2012 had closing cash of $4.7mn on hand.
Avg quarterly expenditure on operations has historically been $2.35mn.
Considering we are almost towards the end of the September quarter the company must have used up around $2.35mn out of the $4.7mn cash available leaving a balance of around $2.35mn which is barely sufficient to run the show till the next quarter.
Now suddenly Bell Porter securities "initiates" a research report on GGG which seems to be running out of cash in the coming December quarter.
What does all this all point to??
Very typical corporate behavior prior to announcing a pending CR from sophisticated and institutional investors :)
I'm staying away from this stock till January 2013 when we might get a better idea of the cash position as at December end.
Merry Christmas and Good luck beautiful people !! Will join you guys back again in Jan 2013.
