When did you have this conversation with Greg ?
According to the 16 Aug release advised that pipe supports were in place and that installation of piping was well advanced. This is 100m of piping they are refering to that was apparently well advanced 6 weeks ago, how long can it possibly take to install 100m of pipe ?
Perhaps laying pipe is just a nice way of saying ......
