I spoke to him 2 weeks ago, sorry i didn't put in a date. 13th Sept.

The pipes are not the large pipes we saw in the photos, i believe them to be the intake pipes. They can cool the turbines down using a water tower (fresh water) or use salt water with out the tower, saving $400k. next project is going to use salt water. Tried again this morning to contact Greg, he's in a meeting. he is very free with the info if you press him. I was verging on screaming and asked questions nobody likes to answer. He did convince me that we should never take on another Gov't project. He said the next one will certainly be easier. hmmm, I almost offer my services as a project manager in place of the one we have.
