Allthough I tend to agree with SOME of your reply to Conix, I have to point out that you have also posted on non CDU matters.
Just to jog your memory..
Reply to PENNY/ kARLENE, telling him/her that your dog ,Jewel enjoyed the usual special fried ,,,rice!!no??
Maybe you also can take a leaf from your book and make a phone call.
It is all very well to disagree with other posters, but it is far more meaningfull if one does not have double standards.
I also have had a lot of experience with tenders,[reply to Roh], and I have to agree with him regarding not revealing the budget,
Your statement that other tenderes would not know who was competing,,, I say... highly unlikely.
In almost every bid I have been involved in, somebody that knows somebody allways has the 'OIL'
I have no doubt that this would be no different.
Anyway,, each to their own
