It's not difficult to understand at all
Many of the so called institutions ( day traders in ties) and soph investors ( day traders with lots of money) took part in the cap raising to make a few cents on the trade, not to invest in the company
Now that that idea has gone south, they are just breaking even and moving on...their intention was never to hold the stock
