Buyers taking a breather so they can bring the price down is my opinion.
Cant be a pump and dump because the buyers haven't been dumped into. Its just a lot of buys have been pulled. Low volume selling also indicative of not being a pump and dump. Also the sell side has been stacked all the way up to 28c to encourage selling into the buy side. Classic action.
At least thats the position as I see it today.
I have seen this pattern on several occasions recently.
