Such babies. My interest rates of 30years have ranged from 2.5% to 18%. Real estate now fully paid. When I first bought it looked inflated and out of reach. Imagine now still renting and goodness knows what rents will be like in the next 10-20 years when folk my age can no longer afford it.
I reckon the truth is that most of you can't even scrape together a deposit on a one bedroomer on the Gold Coast and sit on this site as your resident real estate experts. Time to face reality like we all did, grow up and take charge and sell your unnecessary toys and start saving and when you grow up you can be as successful as Malaga, UT, Kincella, Kingy, Booz etc etc.
