I see overnight US property has risen for the third straight month in a row. Even the yanks are starting to bounce, along way to go but slowly the wheel is starting to turn. Just need the Europeans to get their sh!t in order.
In Oz, punters are paying off their mortgage at record pace, there is also a LOT of cash sitting on the sidelines waiting for a home. Pent-up demand will cause a nice jump in 2013.
Remember, nobody rings the bell at the bottom folks.
