Most the bears here can't raise a deposit, need to rent from family etc etc, do they really deserve any credibility? Essentially homeowners are showing a massive resilience and since the gfc have deleveraged and are not about to capitulate. Bears need to understand that houses are not traded as penny dreadfuls.
