NOW, well take your pick, there are easy 30-40 houses or flats to choose from.
My landlord has 3 units and one house, the house and 1 unit has been vacant since August last year. Better him than me.
I pay 100 bucks a week rent, watch my money pile up in the bank, play around with a few penny stocks, keep stacking my silver bullion & numismatics, and piss me laughing.
