A confusing article in the age today (am not an online subscriber) stating that the GNC "bookbuild" had failed. In fact the announcement this morning says that the remaining stock was taken up in the bookbuild - unfortunately at the Cap Raise price - so no cash to renouncers. I was worried that the author had phoned GNC and been told this.
