Well there you have it. We now know why directors were manipulating share price higher. If they didn't the placement would have been at 4c, not 5c. Lucky it's under-written though, not sure how many investors will take this on for 5c per share when at times this week there was barely $5 or $10K above this. Massive dilution, no white knight to save the day. Share price close to lows. Probably the worst possible result really. MT. Is he the real deal?
On the positive we now have cash to last a year, so hopefully no more of these debacle placements.
