It couldn't have been much worse. 60% dilution is at the top of the scale. Patterson's? Watch and learn. If the company were confident of it's future, it should have looked for another $1mill to give it 6 months breathing space and built up product reputation so they would never have to raise capital at such a low price again. Directors are just lining their pockets, they don't have any real faith in this. Today's announcement pretty much confirms what I suspected. However the final proof will be in the annual report due in next couple of weeks which will show us exactly how much directors are earning.
